Un seuil de caducité de 50% serait introduit. L’AMF propose afin de récompenser l’épargne de long terme d’augmenter l’assiette et le taux de bonification du dividende majoré.

Sur renvoi de la Cour de Cassation, la Cour d’appel de Versailles a rendu jeudi dernier deux arrêts dans l’affaire Cœur Défense qui reconnaissent les droits du Fonds commun de titrisation. L’immeuble de bureaux a été acquis en 2007 pour 2,1 milliards d’euros par la société Hold, dont la maison-mère Dame Luxembourg est elle-même contrôlée par des fonds initialement affiliés à Lehman Brothers. Hold, qui a titrisé un prêt hypothécaire de 1,6 milliard d’euros, s’est placée en procédure de sauvegarde en novembre 2008. Au terme de plus de quatre ans de procédures, la Cour d’appel a confirmé un jugement d’octobre 2009 reconnaissant que les cessions Dailly de créances futures de loyers, dont le fonds commun de titrisation (Euro Titrisation) était titulaire, étaient pleinement valables et opposables à la procédure de sauvegarde, explique Gide Loyrette Nouel, conseil d’Euro Titrisation. Elle a par ailleurs annulé un jugement de septembre 2009 et arrêté de nouvelles modalités du plan de sauvegarde.
Le conglomérat de Warren Buffett a fait état d’un bénéfice de 4,56 milliards de dollars au quatrième trimestre, soit 2,76 dollars par action de classe A, contre un bénéfice de 3,05 milliards (1,85 dollars) un an auparavant. Un bénéfice exceptionnel de 1,4 milliard a été comptabilisé sur des dérivés. La valeur comptable de fin d’année a augmenté de 14% par action.
Renoncer trop tôt aux mesures énergiques de relance pourrait mettre en péril la fragile reprise de la croissance, selon le président de la Réserve fédérale américaine. «Une augmentation prématurée des taux risquerait fort de court-circuiter la reprise, ce qui pourrait se traduire de façon ironique par une prolongation de la faiblesse des taux à long terme», a-t-il précisé.
Le consultant Wilshire estime que le déficit de financement de 109 fonds de pension publics aux Etats-Unis a bondi de 20% l’an passé à 834,2 milliards de dollars, après deux ans de repli. Depuis le 31 janvier 2013, la société fondée par Yves Choueifaty à partir de Lehman Brothers AM a passé la barre des 3 milliards de dollars sous gestion. Tobam a par ailleurs annoncé le lancement, au sein de sa gamme anti-benchmark, d’une série de parts conforme avec la «retail distribution review» au Royaume Uni. Les parts RDR sont destinées aux investisseurs recherchant un investissement initial faible et une structure de frais transparente, avec des frais de gestion annuels nets de frais additionnels destinés aux conseillers financiers ou aux plates-formes de fonds.
Le gouvernement néerlandais a annoncé des mesures d’austérité de 4,3 milliards d’euros supplémentaires pour l’année prochaine après les mauvais chiffres du déficit public. Les salaires des fonctionnaires et des personnels de santé seront gelés pour un an (2 milliards d’euros attendus) et un dispositif de crédit d’impôt pour les entreprises sera supprimé. L’effet de ces mesures, estimé à 0,4 point de PIB, est censé ramener le déficit à 3% en 2014. Celui-ci atteindrait sinon 3,4% l’an prochain, après 3,3% attendus en 2013 par les Pays-Bas. La prévision 2013 de Bruxelles est supérieure, à 3,6% du PIB.

The mandate was awarded to AEW Europe SGP. Amundi Immobilier and La Française Real Estate Managers have been retained as supplementary managers. The sum invested in three years’ time is estimated to be about EUR310m. The duration of the tender is 10 years. Investments will primarily be made in office and commercial properties, as well as in residential and student dormitory properties. The fund may potentially invest in other categories of real estate assets, such as activity locations and warehouses, residential and service properties. ERAFP has nearly EUR14bn in active investments, all within an SRI investment programme.

As part of the new strategy, the asset management firm will launch the Mirabaud – Asset Allocation fund, which offers flexible management of all traditional asset classes. The management process is based on indicators of financial, marcoeconomic and price trends. Asset allocation can diversify the benchmark index, so as to offer moderate correlation with traditional financial indices. Mirabaud – Dynamic Allocation is invested exclusively in instruments which “offer very good liquidity and transparency conditions,” a statement says. The special quality of this approach, says Mirabaud, is “the very close collaboration between macro and quantitative specialists” within the investment team. The managers of the BlackRock Small Cap Growth Equity Portfolio (USD1.4bn), Andrew Thut and Andrew Leger, and Eilen Leary, who manages the BlackRock Mid-Cap Growth Equity Portfolio (USD286m), will be replaced. A spokesperson for BlackRock has confirmed that Walsh, Neumann, Thut, Leder and Leary will be leaving the firm. BlackRock is disappointed in underperformance or losses from funds managed by these five people.

When approached by Newsmanagers, the asset management firm explained Sudre’s arrival as a result of the significance bonds have taken on. In terms of assets, these securities now represent 49% of assets at the asset management firm (EUR5.6bn), or EUR2.74bn. The Eurose fund has assets under management of EUR2.235bn. By comparison, in 2007, fixed income products represented 15%, and equities 85% of assets. Sudre, 36, began his career in London at the LBO department of Natexis Banques Popularies. Before joining DNCA, he served as principal manager of bond funds at the asset management firm Anaxis AM. He also directed the credit team, and belonged to the board and the investment committee at the firm.
