Indosuez Wealth Management, the wealth management brand of the Crédit Agricole, and Capgemini on 4 October announced the entry of Capgemini into the capital of Azqore, an affiliate of Indosuez Wealth Management specialised in outsourcing of information and banking operations from wealth management actors, for a total of 20%.The presence of Capgemini in the capital of Azqore will allow the firm to accelerate the functional and technological development of its proprietary S1i1 platform, while offering its clients new services, such as training or specialised advising. Azqore is relying on the competence of Capgemini to promote a wide range of digital solutions, and to assist players in wealth management in their transformations. Capgemini will contribute to the development of Azqore in Switzerland, the euro zone and Asia, relying on its network of 200,000 employees.The information services and banking operation outsourcing market for wealth managers and private banks is expected to grow by more than 30% by 2020, a statement says. The range of offerings from Azqore will allow banks to significantly reduce the costs of IT operations and banking transactions, while offering them a way to invest in efficiency in the digital transformation, and the quality of the customer experience.The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of this month.
