Pour 2010, le gestionnaire central des banques populaires allemandes, Union Investment, a enregistré un bénéfice avant impôt d’un montant record de 372 millions d’euros contre 204 millions en 2009, 143 millions en 2008 et 345 millions en 2007. En d’autres termes, l’impact de la crise a été enfin compensé.De même, l’encours a signé un nouveau record avec 177,4 milliards d’euros fin décembre, contre 165,7 milliards un an auparavant. Mais les souscriptions nettes sont tombées à 8,7 milliards d’euros pour l’ensemble de 2010 contre 10,7 milliards en 2009, après des remboursements nets de 6,8 milliards en 2008 et des rentrées nettes de 12,2 milliards pour 2007.Dans le détail, les rentrées nettes des fonds institutionnels (Spezialfonds) se sont situées à 6,15 milliards d’euros pendant que celle des activités de conseil et de gestion de fortune représentait 3 milliards. A compter du 24 mars, les 18 ETF sectoriels iShares de droit allemand sur les secteurs du Stoxx Europe 600, qui avaient été lancés en 2006 par Indexchange (350 millions d’euros d’encours), basculeront de la réplication synthétique à la réplication physique, annonce BlackRock. Pour l’an dernier, comdirect bank affiche un bénéfice net de 59,63 millions d’euros contre 56,62 millions pour 2009, ce qui correspond à une augmentation de 5,32 %. Janus Capital International Limited, la division internationale de Janus Capital Group, enrichit la gamme de ses produits distribués à la clientèle « retail » en Italie. At this time, the “swap” suffix will be replaced by the Roman numeral I.One week later, the funds will be merged into the corresponding ETFs already using physical replication (EUR1.5bn in assets).As of 31 May, the physical replication sectoral ETFs will be transferred to a German-registered Sicav (Investment AG), and converted into sub-funds of the new structure, with new ISIN codes. However, mandate activities saw a net outflow sof EUR200m, and open-ended funds saw net redemptions of EUR250m, due to outflows of nearly EUR6bn from the UniOpti4 tax optimisation fund, following a change in the tax regime.Union posted the largest net inflow in its history from the institutional sector, at EUR11.32bn, compared with EUR8.3bn in 2009, and outflows of EUR3.61bn in 2008.
