Le taux de couverture moyen des engagements des fonds de pension d’entreprise américains s’est contracté de 0,5 point de pourcentage au mois de février pour s'établir à 80,7%, selon BNY Mellon. Durant le mois sous revue, les actifs des fonds de pension se sont accrus de 0,8% alors que les engagements ont augmenté de 1,4% sous l’effet d’un recul du taux d’actualisation des entreprises notées Aa de 8 points de base à 4,05%.

Neptune Investment Management envisage de fermer quatre fonds, dont trois appartenant à la gamme Max Alpha, en raison d’une demande plus faible que prévu pour ces produits, rapporte Fund Web. Le gestionnaire de fortune Partners Group a annoncé le 6 mars qu’il avait bouclé le programme Global Value, ouvert en 2011. Le programme a recueilli 680 millions d’euros, selon un communiqué diffusé le 6 mars. Partners Group Global Value 2011 constitue donc le troisième et plus gros programme de la société. Il fait suite à des programmes lancés en 2006 et 2008, qui avaient été fermés avec des montants d’un peu plus de 400 millions d’euros pour le premier et de 530 millions d’euros environ pour le second.
